I got exactly what I ordered, and everything was handled the way it should be. It’s nice when a company follows through fairly and doesn’t make you chase anything down.

I ordered a couple of things, and one of them turned out to be on backorder. I guess I missed it at checkout, but it was still a little frustrating to only really realize it after I’d already paid.
To be fair, they did ship it once it came back in stock, and support replied when I emailed. The updates were bare-bones though, so it wasn’t exactly smooth. Not the worst experience, and I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly...

I haven’t actually ordered from Ben Stoeger Pro Shop yet, but I keep hearing their name come up with people in the practical shooting crowd. Everyone seems to say they’re reliable, have good gear options, and treat customers fairly. If you’re into USPSA stuff, it sounds like a safe place to buy from, right??

I actually learned quite a bit from this class. It was one of those where I went in not expecting too much, and then somewhere along the way I realized I was picking up more than I thought. Anyway, yeah, really solid experience.

I mostly use benstoegerproshop.com for the training videos and drills rather than the gear, it’s been solid. If you shoot USPSA or you’re trying to get better at practical shooting, there’s a lot here that feels actually useful instead of just filler.

Some of it can feel a little basic if you’ve been doing this for a while, but I still get something out of the way it’s explained. It’s not just random tips thrown together, which I really appreciate. There’s a structure to it that makes me want to keep working through more of it.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I wish some topics were easier to find. That said, I’m still glad I signed up and I’ve already picked up a few things I’m excited to try at practice.

I didn’t run into any problems placing my order. The checkout was straightforward, the pages loaded without hanging, and my payment went through on the first try. I got the confirmation email almost immediately too. Maybe they’ve improved their site recently or their system just wasn’t too busy at the time, but either way it was a smooth experience...

The selection was limited. I was hoping to browse more options, but there just wasn’t much there, so I’d say save your time if you’re looking for variety.

I grabbed one of the courses from benstoegerproshop.com, and overall it was fiiine. The info was helpful, and Ben does a good job explaining things in a way that’s easy to follow. I definitely picked up a few ideas I can use in practice.
That said, for what it costs, I was expecting a little more depth or maybe some extra material. It’s not bad by any means, just not amaaazing value for the money in my opinion. If you really like his teaching style, you’ll probably enjoy it, but I’d maybe wait for a sale

Ben really knows his stuff, and the drills actually helped everything click for me. I’ve tried a couple of similar programs before, but this one felt more hands-on and easier to follow. I definitely learned a lot.

I ordered a belt and a few mag pouches from Ben Stoeger Pro Shop, the quality seems really good. The gear feels sturdy, the stitching looks clean, and everything fit pretty much how I expected it to. What more can you really ask for with this kind of stuff?

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 is that one item had a small scuff when I pulled it out of the bag. Is it a big deal? Not really. It still works fine, and I’d probably order from them again.

The box came packed really well with no damage at all. Everything looked perfect when it arrived. A friend recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened!

I had a question about my order and ended up emailing customer service. They replied the next day, which was totally fine, I guess? Maybe I’m just used to faster responses, but I was really glad they actually answered my specific question instead of sending one of those generic copy-paste replies.
